As a new addition to The Weird Box, I thought I'd introduce myself to our dear readers. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in May of this year, and decided to bring the Longhorn spirit back to my hometown of Dallas. I find myself privileged to join some of the most creative and hard working group of people here at The Weird Box. It is an amazing place with a great collaborative spirit. And the unexpected exciting aspect is, most of us are UT alumni (Hook 'Em!).

A client came to us with an urgent request for a digital signage campaign for a trade show. The theme: golf. Now I don't know much about golf, but resignation was never my style. To assuage this, our department made a trip to a national golfing goods store and did our own market research. Through this process, we were able to gather valuable consumer behavior information:

Some people may call us weird, but we're okay with that. Because at the end of the day, if you're not different, then no one cares. We know this to be true in life as it is in the world of business.
